So we started with a clean, modern layout that felt approachable, not overly corporate. We used warm accent colors and welcoming tones to match the inclusive nature of their events and mission. Instead of relying on stock visuals, we showcased real photos from SAAREL GLOBAL’s past gatherings—like dinners, networking nights, and industry meetups. This gave the site an immediate sense of authenticity and made visitors feel like they were already part of the community. We also paid special attention to spacing and readability. By giving content plenty of breathing room, we made sure that key information stood out, CTAs were easy to find, and the overall experience felt relaxed and intuitive.

Right on the homepage, we spotlight key events like the SAREL Dinner with bold banners and clear details—date, time, location, and a big ‘Get Your Tickets’ button. We also included a short blurb to show why it matters: it’s a chance to eat, network, and celebrate with the community.

3. Streamlined Ticketing & Social Sharing
Recognizing that busy professionals need a quick, hassle-free way to register, we integrated a straightforward ticketing system. Attendees can:
- Purchase Tickets: A “Get Your Tickets” button leads to a secure checkout process.
- Share with Friends: Social media sharing links enable users to post event details on LinkedIn, Facebook, or WhatsApp, expanding the event’s reach.
- Location & Map Integration: Address details link to a map service, helping prospective attendees locate the venue and plan their travel.
