We began the campaign by organizing a highly successful SAAREP Community Ambassador Meeting. Displayed in community boards, local businesses, and cultural centers, they played a crucial role in raising awareness and driving interest. The widespread visibility created by these designs helped build anticipation and excitement across the region.

Influencer Marketing: Amplifying the Buzz

A key component of the campaign’s success was the influencer marketing strategy. We partnered with prominent influencers, including Aakriti, who has over 109K followers. By promoting the event on Instagram stories and posts, Aakriti played a pivotal role in boosting our social media reach. Her engaging content, combined with the exclusivity of the event, helped create a viral buzz and drove significant traffic to the website and ticketing platforms.

We incentivized influencers with an appealing offer: they received custom discount codes for their followers (offering 5-20% off tickets), while earning up to 20% of the revenue from ticket sales. In addition, influencers who sold over 50 tickets were rewarded with VIP section tickets, which further motivated them to promote the event actively.
